"What IS that?

I thought this photo of my son was perfect for the theme this week! Can't you just imagine him asking himself "what is that?" Lol!

This was a tough theme for me, I looked through all of my photos and could come up with nothing extraordinary. I settled on this photo of an old tree that looked as if it was barely being supported by the ground beneath it.

I also wanted to add that I know I have been terrible at updating my blog this week. My adventures in selling on Ebay has really taken off and it's kept me busy. More about that later........

My entry this week is a view from the deck of the house we vacationed at in Nags Head, NC. I love how the calm ocean waters reflect the bright rays of the sun as the days begins.

In the spring the rivers in Maine are almost always swollen from the melting snow and rain. This year we ventured onto the Swinging bridge to get a senic view of the raging waters of the Androscoggin River. We were standing on the bridge looking down into the river when I snapped this picture. If you click n the photo for the larger view it looks much better. ;)

"Emotions"

I'm sure many folks had their reservations when we announced I was pregnant again when Devin was only 5 1/2 months old. She was born three weeks after Dev turned one and although we have since learned that B has some health issues and is special needs, they still have a unique and loving relationship. :)

I was tempted to share a high school photo of my seriously bad hair do, you know, the teased, crimped, stiff as a board cause you use a whole can of Aqua Net hairspray hair do but I figured I'd spare you all. ;)

I've been avoiding getting back into blogging since returning from our vacation, not sure why that is. *scratches head*

I do need to sit down and write about the absolutely wonderful time we had but my crazy schedule has resumed and I can't seem to find a few minutes to put my thoughts down into words. I do have some awesome pictures to share tomorrow for the Weekly Winners Meme. :)

This week we are to share a photo of ourselves. Pictures of me are few and far between but I did recently take a few self portraits to use for an avatar on a photography forum I'm on. :)

I've had this picture for some time and when I looked ahead at the Photohunt themes I knew this picture would be perfect! This was sign was at one of our local restaurants. I think somebody skipped the lesson on homophones! lol
